Notable Stories collects minimal information necessary to provide the service:
- Story prompts: The story ideas you type are sent to our server to generate stories. These are not stored after the story is generated.
- iCloud identifier: We use your iCloud account identifier to authenticate you and manage your story credits. We do not have access to your Apple ID, name, or email.
- Voice recordings (optional): If you use Voice Cloning, your voice recording is sent to our server for processing. It is used solely to create your personal voice model.
- Stories and images: Your generated stories, images, and audio are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud.
Children's Privacy
Notable Stories is designed for use by parents and caregivers to create content for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is operated by parents and guardians on behalf of children.
Story content is filtered for age-appropriateness. We do not store story prompts or generated content on our servers after delivery to your device.
Third-Party Services
Notable Stories uses industry-standard third-party services for AI content generation, voice synthesis, and cloud infrastructure. These services process data solely to provide the app's features and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share personally identifiable information with any third party.
Data Storage
Your stories, images, and audio files are stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, this data is stored in your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We maintain an anonymous credit balance associated with your iCloud identifier on our servers. This contains only a number representing your remaining story credits — no personal information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your stories and data by deleting the app from your device. To request deletion of your account record from our servers, contact us at the email below.
