How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → Notable Stories → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

My story images are missing — what do I do?

Long-press the story card on the shelf and tap "Restore story." The app will regenerate the images for free using the saved story text.

Stories aren't syncing to my other device

Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account. Check Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive and confirm Notable Stories is toggled on.

How do I restore my purchases?

On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How many stories can I create per month?

Subscribers get 10 stories per month. Credits reset automatically each billing cycle. Story Packs are also available for additional credits.

Can I share a story with someone who doesn't have the app?

Yes — long-press a story and tap "Share story." This creates a link that opens in any web browser. No app required to read.

What age ranges are supported?

Baby (0–2), Toddler (2–5), and Early Reader (5–8). Each produces age-appropriate vocabulary, sentence length, and story complexity.

How do I use my own voice?

In the story creator, tap the voice selector and choose "Clone my voice." Record a short sample and the app will narrate your stories in your voice.

How do I delete my account data?

Delete the app to remove all local data. To request deletion of your server-side credit record, email us at support@notablestories.com.
